In the USA I usually ship USPS for smaller works, and UPS or Fedex ground for larger works.  Shipping takes anywhere from a few days (in the northeast) to a week, depending on your location.  You will receive a notification when the work ships and a tracking number.  The shipping and handling fee is a rough estimate.

Returns and exchanges

Please contact me within three days if you are not pleased with your purchase.  I will give you a refund or exchange upon return of the item as long as it arrives in perfect condition.  Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer, must include insurance, and be shipped back within thirty days of delivery.
